The Process
Step 1
Meet your agent!
This is a big investment, so you're going to want a pro on your side. Check out our team of experienced REALTORS®.
Step 2
Discuss home price, motivation, and other details with your agent.
Also consider time frame, how to get your home ready, and the comparables!
Step 3
Sign paperwork.
Listing Agreement, IBS, Seller's Disclosure, and all other necessary paperwork.
Step 4
Take listing photos,
give key and survey to your agent.
Step 5
Home goes live!
Sign goes in the yard, home is put into MLS, and key-box is installed.
Step 6
Showings begin.
Step 7
Receive an offer.
Step 8
Negotiate the offer.
Agree and sign.
Step 9
Option Period and Inspection. ​
Step 10
Negotiate repairs.
Agree and sign.
Step 11
Receive appraisal.
Step 12
Closing Day.

Pre-Listing Checklist
